EOP represented an extended family for me. Most of my college friends and study group members were fellow EOP students. Because of EOP, I never felt alone or like a minority. EOP made me feel like UCSB was my home for four years.
Absolutely After graduation form UCSB, I attended Georgetown University Law Center. I am currently with one of the largest, most prestigious law firms in California. My education has created tremendous opportunities for me.
The highest was being named the first recipient of the Jeremy D. Freeman award. Jeremy and I served in Associated Students together. He was a friend and I felt a special honor receiving an award in his name.
