My experience was better with the help of faculty members and professors who supported my journey and expanded my knowledge about programs, especially coming in as a transfer student.
What would you like to share with students about your experience at UCSB?
As a transfer student, I utilized my experience by looking for opportunities related to my interests right away and indulged in as many networking opportunities as possible. I also had to be patient about getting comfortable with my campus community and discovering my sense of place.

The best way to make strong connections with faculty is by attending office hours and being curious.
Best advice you've received that has helped you at UCSB.

Why did you choose to be a member of the EOP Team?
